British police have fined Prime Minister Rishi Sunak for driving without a seat belt.
London:
British police fined Prime Minister Rishi Sunak on Friday for filming a video for social media while driving without a seatbelt on.
On Thursday, Sunak apologized for what he called a “brief error of judgment” after a video was filmed in the backseat of his car while traveling in northern England, not wearing a seatbelt.
“We issued a conditional fixed penalty today to a 42-year-old man from London after a video circulating on social media showed a passenger not wearing a seatbelt in a car in Lancashire,” Lancashire said. County police said on Twitter.
