No one was injured in the incident. More than 90,000 homes and businesses were affected by the countywide power outage.

The crash occurred near a business district during rain, but the exact cause is yet to be ascertained. It was estimated that the plane may have hit power lines as high as the 10th floor, but this could not be immediately confirmed, the report said.
